Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 12, 2026
These Terms & Conditions explain the use of EcoHaul MA LLC’s website, estimate forms, authorized team portal, and customer communications. EcoHaul MA LLC operates under the EcoHaul MA brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our services include junk and debris removal, property cleanouts, and agreed project support in Plymouth and the South Shore of Massachusetts.
Website use and estimate requests
Please provide accurate contact information, project details, and photographs you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful content, interfere with the website or forms, or attempt to access another person’s account or information. Submitting an inquiry or estimate form requests a response; it does not book a job, authorize work, or guarantee a price or appointment.
Quotes, scope, and scheduling
Prices and availability depend on the project’s materials, volume, weight, access, labor, disposal requirements, and other conditions. An estimate based on photographs or a description may require an on-site assessment. Before work begins, the customer and EcoHaul MA must agree on the scope, price, and scheduling arrangements. Additional work or a material change in scope requires agreement before it is performed or charged.
A project’s written quote or service agreement controls its specific commercial terms. Where Massachusetts law requires a separate signed contract, disclosures, permits, or cancellation notices, those requirements apply. This website page does not replace a legally required home-improvement contract.
Property access and materials
Customers must have authority to arrange the work and identify the items to be removed. Please identify items to keep, access restrictions, utilities, and known hazards before work begins. Hazardous or regulated materials, including suspected asbestos, chemicals, fuels, and medical waste, require specific assessment and appropriate handling arrangements; including them in an inquiry does not mean EcoHaul MA has agreed to remove them.
Structural work, electrical work, plumbing, and other regulated work require the appropriate licensed professionals, permits, and separate arrangements when applicable. We may pause or decline work that cannot be performed safely or lawfully. Recycling, donation, and disposal decisions depend on material condition and available facilities; a particular destination is not guaranteed.
Payments, changes, cancellations, and refunds
The payment amount, payment timing, and any deposit, cancellation, or refund terms must be disclosed in the project’s written quote or service agreement and comply with applicable law. These website terms do not establish a blanket deposit requirement, cancellation fee, nonrefundable payment, or refund deadline. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a booking or discuss a billing or service concern. Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain in effect.
SMS and customer communications
When you opt in, EcoHaul MA may text you about your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, appointments, service updates, or related customer support. Providing a phone number or submitting a form alone does not constitute consent to marketing texts. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase services.
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and service activity. Your wireless provider may charge for messages and mobile data, including replies. Reply STOP to an EcoHaul MA message to unsubscribe; you may receive a final opt-out confirmation. To resume messages, provide consent again through the applicable opt-in process. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@ecohaulma.com or (508) 545-9200. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data and SMS consent.
Authorized team accounts
The portal at app.ecohaulma.com is for authorized users. Use your assigned account, protect your sign-in details, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Access is limited to the permissions assigned to your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass those permissions.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information submitted through our website and communications. Third-party services linked from the website may have their own terms and policies. Website content and availability may change; contact us to confirm information relevant to a proposed job.
Consumer rights and questions
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Massachusetts law or other applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive court access, or establish a blanket waiver for property damage. Please contact us promptly about a concern so we can review it. Changes to this page will be posted with an updated effective date and will not retroactively change an already agreed project’s terms without agreement.
